FitPinoy is the UAE’s leading Filipino meal subscription service, delivering authentic and healthy dishes designed for busy lifestyles. As their customer base grew, FitPinoy needed a strong digital ecosystem that could scale with demand and provide a seamless user experience. DotPixel was brought on board to design and develop a complete solution that combined web, mobile, and operational dashboards into one cohesive platform.

PROJECT GOALS
The primary goal was to create a smooth and efficient subscription journey for customers. FitPinoy wanted a platform that allowed users to easily explore meal options, subscribe, and manage their plans with minimal friction. At the same time, the experience had to reflect the brand’s cultural roots and values, blending convenience with authenticity.
On the backend, FitPinoy required a centralized system to manage operations effectively. The goal was to build a dashboard that enabled the team to track, update, and process orders in real time, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This digital transformation was aimed at reducing manual workload, improving order processing speed, and ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.
